LeBron James is coming off a week in which he won the NBA’s Player of the Week Award for the Eastern Conference, averaging 27.3 points, 9.0 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 2.33 steals in three games.
The Knicks seemed confident when I spoke to them on Christmas about playing the Heat. “This is going to be our second time playing them and we know what to expect” said Shawne Williams. When Danilo Gallinari was asked what it would take to beat the Heat, he replied “Playing 48 minutes. Every possession is important.”
