Daily Debate: Who Should Start for Team USA in the London Olympics?

With so much talent on the team, the most difficult decision that Duke University head coach Mike Krzyzewski will have to make is who starts on the USA Basketball team participating in the London Olympics. With Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony, Tyson Chandler, Deron Williams, Russell Westbrook, James Harden, Chris Paul, Andre Iguodala, Kevin Love, and Blake Griffin, what five will start? If it were your decision, who would you start? Voice your opinion on the Razz and Jazz Sports Blog Daily Debate.

  1. CMR says:

    Williams, Bryant, Durant, James, Chandler

  2. Lee Love says:

with all those superstars that’s a tough one but my starters would be: Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Tyson Chandler, Deron Williams,

  3. Atlas says:

Chris Paul, Kobe Bryant, Kevin Durant, Lebron James(hurts me to say it) and Tyson Chandler

  4. Samori says:

Westbrook, Kobe, Bron, Durant, and Tyson by default, cause TEAM USA doesn’t have any really good centers.

    • The United States has a size and athleticism advantage against every team in the world. I would take advantage of that. Tyson Chandler, Blake Griffin, LeBron James, Kobe Bryant, and Chris Paul. Durant comes in first to replace Kobe.

      • Dimitrije Glamocak says:

The United States would have a superstar and best scorer in the world on the bench in Kevin Durant. However Blake Griffin is a young, talented Power Forward no doubt but I would rather choose Lebron to play PF and KD be the SF. My opinion.

      • That could be the better team and the way Coach K goes. My idea is a long shot
