With London Behind Him, Andy Murray Wins Olympic Gold by Derrel “Jazz” Johnson

Andy Murray has never won a Grand Slam event, but with an entire nation behind him, he accomplished the biggest feat of his career, defeating World #1 Roger Federer in straight sets, 6-2, 6-1, 6-4 to win the Olympic Gold in Men’s Tennis.  Murray lost to Federer on the same court four weeks ago in four sets at Wimbledon which makes the accomplishment even greater.  With his win, Murray has given London 2012 a moment that will last forever.
